mcareeThe third Monaghan GAA Perpetual Golf Classic will take place at Rossmore Golf Club on Saturday 28th May 2016 to raise money for the training fund of the Monaghan GAA Senior Football Team.

Teams of four will compete for the unique trophy which has been designed and manufactured by the classic’s sponsor Mr. Brendan Mc Aree of Mc Aree Engineering. Players will also play for a chance to win exclusive prizes including four golf buggies, four golf watches, four golf bags and four pairs of golf shoes. There will also be prizes for nearest the pin and the longest drive on the day of the event.

Entry fee for a team of four players is €250 and sponsorship of a Tee or Green is available at €100.  There will be full media coverage of the event.  All sponsors will receive publicity on the day of the Classic followed by further coverage the Northern Standard and media outlets in the weeks following.

After the day of golfing, a fantastic night of entertainment in Rossmore Clubhouse is guaranteed as Monaghan GAA are hosting A Night with the All Stars.  There will also be a special free draw of €500. However you must be present on the night to enter into this special draw.

In addition to the fantastic prizes, there will also be a three-course meal served in the clubhouse throughout the day with refreshments also being provided for players at the 9th hole.
