Seniors
We got the 2016 championship off to a bad start with a one point defeat to Ballybay on Sunday last in Scotstown. It was a game that should have been put away early on but we allowed Ballybay take control for much of the second half and ended up playing catch up at the end when several chances to level were spurned.
The next game is a Star game, without county players, against Truagh on Sunday, 29th May. We wish our county players well, Conor Mc, Vinny, Dessie and Conor B, as they now must put their club duties on hold as they look to defend Monaghan’s hold on The Anglo Celt Cup.
