U10 FOOTBALL BLITZ –
We had our first under 10s football blitz at home in Killanny on last Saturday 9th April, were we played an enjoyable 3 games against Magheraclonne, Carrickmacross & Aughnamullen and all the boys played brilliantly.
We had 5 debutants at U10 in Oran Connolly, Joseph Rutlidge, Ronan Goodman, Jake Finnegan and Noah Martin and they all more than held their own.
Conor King manned the goals with Ronan Goodman, Jake Finnegan, Oliver Brady at full back and Oisin Gartlan and Daniel Breen majestic at centre half. We were rock solid at centre field with Daniel Kelly, Conor Burns and Tomas Quinn.
Then up front, there was the dynamic Calum Gaul, Eoin Morgan and Sean O’Reilly with Oran Connolly, Joseph Rutlidge and Noah Martin running riot on the full forward line
Each and every one of these boys performed to the highest standard and we can look forward with confidence to our next match.
Our next training session takes place at the field on Tuesday from 6-7.
