If you over the age of 14 and would be interested in refereeing at GoGames blitzes this year could you please download the application form from the link below and send it back into the Monaghan GAA Coaching Office before 1pm on Tuesday 22nd March at the very latest.
This year there are 9 U8 and 9 U10 Football GoGames blitzes scheduled to take, with the vast majority of them taking place on a Saturday morning.
There are 5 U8 and 5 U10 Hurling GoGames blitzes scheduled to take place, with all of them taking place on a Wednesday night.
A referee will get €15 per blitz and if you are interested and show the right capabilities there will be the possibilty to progress to juvenile refereeing for 2017.
Anyone who is interested in GoGames Refereeing must be available to attend the GoGames referees training day in Cloghan on Wednesday the 23rd March. The time of the training is still to be confirmed.
After this, the referees will have to officiate at the mini league games at the Easter Camps. The referees will be assessed by the full time staff on how they referee and if successful they will go forward to referee at the County GoGames Blitzes.
