Participants from across the county completed Module 2 of the Dermot Earley Youth Leadership Initiative last Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in St. Macartan’s College. Over the course of the three days, the group worked together to develop their Leadership and Decision-Making skills, culminating in a presentation based on a research study of their choosing. All of those who completed both Modules now have the opportunity to progress to Module 3 with the wonderful prospect of graduating from NUIG with a Diploma in Leadership awaiting them upon completion. Course facilitators for the three days were Sandra McIntyre (Cavan Foroige), Conor McElvaney (Sean McDermotts) and Alison O’Hanlon (Carrickmacross). Well done to all involved and best of luck in Module 3!
