Table Quiz
Remember the General Knowledge Table Quiz in the Clubrooms tomorrow (Friday) night with loads of spot prizes. No great skills required, just show up. This promises to be a great night’s fun and entertainment with the chance to chill out after the excitement of the general election.
Big Breakfast
On Sunday morning 6th March the Clontibret Senior Footballers have kindly agreed to cook breakfast for everybody in the community and beyond. Come and support before you make your way to Blayney for the Mayo match.
Membership 2016
Membership for 2016 is now due for renewal and must be paid before the end of March to be a full member for the coming season. Individuals who made a full contribution to Clontibret Our Future Fund during 2015 are covered for membership for 2016. All others (including players who must pay their membership fee to be covered by the injury fund) should pay their €20 fee to Club Registrar Margaret Walsh immediately or any member of the club executive.
Juvenile Registration Night
Our annual Juvenile registration takes place this Friday the 26th in the meeting room in our clubrooms at the football field. This gives us a great chance to get everything in order for the year ahead. Already teams are out, while the rest to follow in the next couple of weeks. With the new development taking place with it all to see, it certainly is exciting times ahead!
Numbers are ever increasing and with that in mind we hope to Kit all our teams out in new jerseys this year. Through membership fees and our now annual FUN RUN and the brilliant help of our parents, we managed to kit all our kids out 2 years ago in club gear which proved very successful.
With that in mind we hope to achieve our targets again this year in the buying of new equipment, jerseys, affiliation fees and insurance.
The juvenile registration fee is as follows: 1 Child: €30, 2 Children: €55, 3 Children: €80, 4 Children: €90
As always the paying adult automatically becomes a fully paid up member of Clontibret O’Neills when registering their child/children.
We also have our upcoming Fun Run on the 2nd of April. This has proved very popular with both young and old in the community and all proceeds from this go directly to the juveniles and our partners The O’Neill Shamrocks and the parents association of St. Mary’s. Sponsorship cards will be handed out on the night and we ask everyone to make a big push on this as it directly benefits all 3 organisations
We look forward to seeing you all Friday night and wish everyone all the best for the year ahead.
