The first Coaching Workshop of the year takes place tonight in Cremartin GAA Club starting at 7.30pm. This will be the first of three coaching workshops that will be run in Monaghan in conjunction with Ulster GAA.
This workshop will be suitable for coaches working with U14 – Senior teams.
It is free of charge, indoor and will look at a number of activities using specialised fitness equipment that relate to what we do on the pitch during games and how you would incorporate them into your session.
