Big Breakfast Morning: The club will be holding their annual BIG BREAKFAST MORNING in the club house on Sunday the 7th of February from 9am – 12noon. Come out & fill up before heading to the Monaghan V’s Down game. Breakfast served for €10 per head.
Coaching Courses: This year the club are hosting a foundation level coaching course in Pearse Park on Friday evening the 10th & Saturday the 11th of March. Anyone interested in attending the course should contact either Evan Rutledge 0871351243 or Cillian McAviney 0867368078 for additional information. All are welcome to attend.
Ballybay Pearse Brothers Club membership for the 2016 season is now available. There are three options available this year.
Gold Membership – which consists of free entry into all senior & reserve home league fixtures, entry into the clubs Blotto each week, entry into the draw for tickets to this years All Ireland Final & general club membership for a fee of €240. (Payment via direct debit is available over a 12 month period)
Silver Membership – which consists of free entry into all senior & reserve home league fixtures, entry into the draw for tickets to this years All Ireland Final & general club membership for a fee of €100. (Payment via direct debit is available over a 5 month period)
Bronze membership – which consists of free entry into the draw for tickets to this years All Ireland Final & general club membership for a fee of €30.
Current members will be approached in the hope of resigning as many as possible while continuing to build on previous numbers. So anyone who would like to become a club member please contact any committee member for additional information.
Congratulations: Congratulations to all club members who were involved in the Ballybay Community College recent county final victory. It’s great to see the school back in the winners enclosure with so many from around the town involved within the team & squad. Congrats to all.

Congratulations to the Ballybay Pearse Brother contingent of Paul Finlay, Chris McGuiness, Thomas Kerr, Ryan & Drew Wylie who represented the club with such great distinction &
pride throughout the 2015 season. The boys, along with the rest of the senior county panel, where presented with their medals for claiming back the Anglo Celt cup for the second time in three years. Well done to all & best of luck for the 2016 season
Well done to our near neighbours Rockcorry on their fantastic run to the All-Ireland semi-final. Unfortunately the result didn’t go their way last weekend but the club can hold their heads high in getting that far and in achieving all they have done in 2015. Well done to all involved.

Committee Positions: There are still a number of officer positions that need to be filled with the Ballybay senior committee. If you are interested and would like some additional info please contact Niall Duffy.
Croker Tickets: Each of the players and committee members are currently selling tickets for the annual Croker Park GAA draw. Tickets are €10 each with some amazing prizes to be won. Make sure your in it to win. Additional tickets are available for Niall Duffy for any player or member who may require them. This is a major fundraiser for the club and we’d encourage as many as possible to buy a ticket to the support the club and be in with a chance of winning some great prizes.
Bingo: Bingo will take place every Tuesday evening at the normal time of 9pm. If there’s any member of the public, particularly elderly ladies & gentlemen, who would like to attend the night but struggle for transportation there is a free bus run within the local area to bring people to & from the club rooms. If you like to avail of this service please contact any committee member.
