Conor Mc Manus Wins 2nd Opel GAA / GPA All Star

Conor Mc Manus won Monaghan’s 10th All Star at the National Conference Centre this evening in Dublin. He became the 2nd person from Monaghan to win more than 1 All Star – the first after Eugene ‘Nudie Hughes’  who won 3 in 1979, 1985 and 1988.  Conor’s first All Star was in 2013 after Monaghan’s last Ulster Championship victory.

Also well done to Rory Beggan, Vinny Corey and Karl O’ Connell who were nominated for a 2015 All Star. Well done to Ryan Wylie who was nominated as Young Player of the Year.

Stephen Lambe from Toome and Castleblayney Hurling Club was also awarded a Nicky Rackard All Star.
