With the camogie playing season virtually in hibernation at the moment – only one final left to play in Ulster- there is no need for attachments this week!!!
Pride of place thiough goes to Joanne and John on the birth of their precious daughter, Hannah Patricia, who arrived into the world in the early hours of Saturday morning. Thankfully Mum and Baby Hannah are doing well – and John is making a good recovery as well!!
Congratulations from all the club, Joanne and John, and thanks for doing your bit to ensure camogie in Clontibret (yes John, Clontibret!!) continues to thrive!
Good Luck to O Neill Shamrock’s who play the Ulster Junior Ladies football championship title on Sunday (8th) against Steelstown of Derry.
A reminder that on Saturday, Nov 7, Aidan Kelly assisted by other provincial coaches, will facilitate a coaching development day in Cloghan, beginning at 11.00 am. This will be tailored to suit the needs of the particiapnts, so if you are interested in attending, it is important that you indicate this weis week what particular area of your game you would like to work on – for example, defensive play, attacking skills, goalkeeping skills etc.
Keep in mind the Monaghan Camogie Board´s Annual Convention, which will take place in Cloghan on Mon Nov 23 at 8.00pm sharp. Remeber the club must be represented by two delegates, who are not Officers of the Board – so get your name down quickly!!!
