Gerrys Prepared Veg U14’s: Well done to the U14s who completed the double and beat the Seans in the Cup final last Saturday with the final scoreboard showing Tyholland 4-15 Sean McDermotts 2-7. The lads have put in magnificent work since the start of March and it has paid off well. Congratulations and thanks to managers Mark Treanor and Joseph Cawley and to captains Mark Mooney and Sean McKenna and teammates Ryan McNally, Aaron Treanor, Joshua Clerkin, Darragh Treanor, Caolan McDonald, Jordan Clerkin, Gareth McGinnity, Owen Keenan, Kyle McDonald, Killian McNally, Paul Corrigan, Dylan Treanor, James Allen and Conor McEvoy.
U12s: Good Luck to our U11s who are in the BC Tournament on Saturday in Emyvale commencing at 9.30. Bus leaves the centre at 9.00am.
Girls: The minor girls are out for their last league game of the year next Sunday away against Truagh.
GoGames: Tyholland played host to another brilliant U8 blitz last Saturday and we would like to thank everyone involved in making this another success.
The U10s and U8s are taking part in another blitz being hosted and organised by Truagh this evening Thursday at 6.30.
Fundraising Draw: We have decided to postpone the Fundraising Draw until Halloween (exact date tba). We still have a lot of work to do to reach out targets and would appreciate the return of all outstanding tickets and monies as soon as possible. The books can be returned to any committee member or coach or at training. We are asking for as much support as possible, remember every ticket you sell is contributing to the development of your club. Don’t forget if you have a spare evening during the week to go out with some of the hard working ticket sellers give Paddy a call on 087 2213310.

They are available to order before Saturday 26th and payment must be made in full when ordered. A number of choice can be put on it. They are available from 0-6 months up to adult 2XL and range in price from €25 to €40.
Adult Education: GAA level 1 is now included in the Moving on Sport and Recreation Course. This is a fulltime sporting education course which results in gaining the QQI Level 4 Major Award in Sport and Recreation. It is aimed at those in receipt of Social Welfare and commences in late September. For more information please contact 042 973404.
Scor: Scor na bPaisti will be held in October in Threemilehouse and is open to Primary School Children. We will be taking part in it this year, further details to follow!
Bowls: The Tyholland Bowls club are back in the swing of it again and meet up Tuesdays at 8.30. New members are always welcome so come along and give it a try!
