Lotto:  Jackpot €4,600. Results for w/e 15th August 2015: Numbers Drawn; 3,4,12,14.  No winner.  Lucky Dip Winners: Seamus Hughes, Ann Skinnader, Seamus Mullen, Philomena Creighan. Next weeks jackpot is €4,700!  Tickets available in the bar and border shop at only €2 each or 3 for €5.

 

McElvaneys Waste & Recycling IFC:  The Seniors unfortunately lost by 2 points to Doohamlet in Blackhill last Sunday in the Championship Tyholland 1-13 Doohamlet 2-12.  They now play Drumhowan on Friday in Inniskeen with a throw in time of 8.15.  We would appreciate all the support we can get for this match so please come out and be there to cheer on our lads!

Gerrys Prepared Veg U16’s: The lads take on Patrick Emetts this evening Thursday in the Division 4 U16 Football League Cup Semi-Final in Aghabog at 7.15.  All support welcome!

Gerrys Prepared Veg U14’s: The U14s came out on top against Cremartin last Thursday scoring 2-14 to Cremartins 2-9.  They next play Sean McDermots at home on Saturday 22nd at 12pm.

Gerrys Prepared Veg U12’s: The U12s lost against Inniskeen in the semi-final last Saturday.

U10: The U10s are taking part in a Blitz hosted by Clones on Saturday.

U8/U6: Training continues as usual.

Girls:

Minors: The Minor Girls were away to Aughnamullen last Monday and unfortunately lost by 4 points.  They will be at home against Latton on next Monday 24th.

U16: The U16 girls lost to Inniskeen last Friday.

 

Comhgairdeas: Congratulations and best wishes to Trevor and Cathy Connolly who were married last Friday.  We wish you both many years of happiness together!

 

Fundraising Draw: As you are aware we are working hard to make the Fundraising Draw a success.  The funds raised will go towards the development of the club.  Tickets are €20 each or a book of 6 for €100 and are available from any of the coaches or senior players.  Thank you to all the guys who are out selling tickets in the neighbouring parishes in the evenings.  Remember this is our biggest fundraiser of the year and we hope to receive continued support from all.

 

Good Luck: Good Luck to Grainne McNally and the Monaghan Ladies team who now take on Dublin in the All Ireland Quarter final in Clones on Saturday.
