Lotto Results. The numbers drawn in the Club Lotto on Monday, 3rd August were 2, 15, 23 and 28. The Jackpot was not won this week. The four winners in the Lucky Dip were Michael Hanratty, Carrickmacross, Micheal Hughes, (D.D.), Derek and Ina Irwin, (D.D.) and Declan Keenan, Carrickmacross. The next draw will take place in the clubrooms on Monday, 10th, August and the Jackpot will be 5,200 euro.
Results. Under-16. Magheracloone’s only competitive fixture of the week saw the Under-16 team making the trip to Doohamlet for the next round of the league. The team continued the fine run of form and claimed the points with a comprehensive victory on a score-line of 6-19 to 1-14.
This victory means that the Magheracloone team stays at the top of the table with just one game remaining. A victory over Clones on Thursday would mean a league title for this team and would give the players great confidence as the championship final comes up at the end of the month.
Fixtures. A number of teams will be in action for the club this week as the various competitions begin to reach their climax. The Senior Football League resumes this Wednesday, 5th with a home game versus Scotstown. This game throws in at 7.30. The local outfit would like nothing better than to claim victory over the table –toppers and the home support will be vital in this objective.

Another home league is down for decision on Wednesday next 12th when Castleblayney will be the visitors to Magheracloone.
Minor Championship. The Magheracloone team are just one step away from another county final and will attempt to book their place in this final on Tuesday next, 11th with a semi-final game against Truagh. The game has been fixed for Clontibret and is timed for 7.00. The team will be hoping to repeat the form shown in the league encounter when Magheracloone had a few points to spare at the end.
Under-16. The final game in the Division Two section is due for decision on this Thursday in Magheraclooone. The opposition will be provided by Clones and the game begins at 7.30. Victory in this clash will ensure that Magheracloone claims the title to add to the Under-21 and Reserve championship that have already been secured in 2015.
Under-14. The Under-14 team will also be in action on Tuesday evening with a home game versus Emyvale at 7.30. This team is sitting on top of the table in their division and will be hoping to maintain this position with a home win.
