Intermediate Championship.

The Intermediate championship kickked off last Sunday as we played Tyholland. Doohamlet opened the scoring inthe 5th minute with a Barry Mc Ginn free. Tyholland responded with 2 points, Barry Mc Ginn registered another point. Tyholland took the lead again in the 12th minute, Doohmalet found another gear and in the 15th minute and 2 massive points by Barry Mc Bennett and another by Barry Mc Ginn and one by Conor Marray left us 2 points to the good at half time. The second half was all to play for, Tyhollnad opened the scoring and Gavin King and Colin Walshe registered 2 points for Doohamlet to leave us with a 3 point advantage. Tyholland hit he back of the net in the 22nd minute to leave it all square, Tyhollnad tool the lead with a pointed free. In the 26th minute Colin Walshe got the goal for Doohamlet to give us a 2 point lead. Time was up and Gaby Casey scored the all important goal. Tyholland registered 2 further points but Doohamlet ran out eventual winners on a scoreline 2-12 to 1-13. Minors had a good win against Emerald Sarsfields in the minor league.

U14,s are away to Inniskeen on Saturday @ 12pm.
