Seniors: Our Seniors hosted Drumhowan on Saturday afternoon. Drumhowan opened the scoring and Doohamlet got there first point by Barry Mc Ginn. Doohamlet dominated the next quater of the first half  with further points by Barry Mc Ginn and Conor Marray. Drumhowan  found their form in the closing minutes and hit 6 points without reply. The half time score Doohamlet 0-5  Drumhowan 0-7. The second half started brightly with points by Barry Mc Ginn and a goal by Jamie Walshe left Doohamlet in a good position to push on and get victory but Drumhowan never gave up and battled hard and struck for goal with 15 minutes to go. They added 2 futher points to give a slender lead going into the last few minutes. Doohamlet dug deep and created plenty of chances but just couldnt get  the scores on the board and Drumhowan ran out eventual winners on a scoreline  of Doohamlet1-10 Drumhowan 1-11. Minors lost out to Patrick Emmetts on Tuesday in the Minor Championship semi final..

 

U16’s lost to Magheracloone on Thursday in the U16 league.
