Ulster Final

Well done to Cian, Darren, Kieran, Rory, Shane and all the Monaghan team on winning the Ulster Final on Sunday. Well done also to Mollie McKeever who sang beautifully the national anthem before the game.

 

Ladies Ulster Final

Good luck to Abbie McCarey and the Monaghan Ladies this weekend when they take on Donegal in the Ulster final.

 

Co. Monaghan Credit Unions SFL

The senior team lost to Clontibret last week 2-11 to 0-14 in a star game.

 

Eurotech JFL

The Juniors  were back in league action on Saturday evening in poor conditions in Smithborough. Eire Og made amends for the championship loss a week earlier to run out 0-17 to 0-7 winners. This Sunday it’s back to championship football when we play Killanny in Round 2B in Castleblayney. Throw in is at 1.30pm.

 

Platinum Tanks RFL

We await the winners of Truagh or Latton in the final of the reserve league Division 1A. This will take place on Wednesday 5th August.

 

U21

The U21’s campaign ended on Friday evening in a windy Donaghmoyne. They lost on a scoreline of 1-17 to 0-7.

 

MFL Division 1

The minors exited the championship last week to the hands of Carrickmacross 0-09 to 0-06. They have no game this week and play Carrickmacross in the league next Tuesdau 28th at home at 7.30pm.

 

Gerry’s Prepared Veg U16 Division 1

The U16s drew to Aughnamullen in the league on Thursday 1-16 to 3-10. They welcome Inniskeen this Thursday 23rd on the championship semi final. Throw in is at 7.30.

Gerry’s Prepared Veg U14 Division 1

Their next game is away to Carrickmacross on Saturday 25th July at 1.15pm.

 

Gerry’s Prepared Veg U14 Division 5

Their next game is away to Carrickmacross on Saturday 25th July at 12 noon.

 

Gerry’s Prepared Veg U12 Leagues

The Division 3 team play Tyholland next Monday night at home at 7pm.

 

Minor Girls

The girls next game is against Latton next Monday 27th at 7pm at home.

 

U16 Girls

The girls lost to Truagh last night 3-12 to 1-7. Their next game is away to Carrickmacross on Friday August 14th at 7pm where a win would secure a semi final place.

 

Ned Run

The July ciste draw will take place on Saturday night in the social club, please support.

 

Club Shop

The club shop is back open this Friday 7-8pm.

 

Stewards

We are hosting 2 games in the Junior Championship this Sunday and need help with stewarding etc. Please contact a committee member if you are available to help out as it would be greatly appreciated.
