Congratulations To Ryan McAnespie and the Monaghan team on taking the Anglo Celt back home for the second time in three years. This was a marvellous achievement for all involved including the backroom team. We wish them all the very best in the All Ireland series.

 

U21s Our under 21s travel to Cremartin this coming Friday night to take on Carrickmacross in the final. We would encourage everyone to get out to support the team. Throw in is at 7.45pm.

 

Minors Our minor team have advanced to the championship semi final and face Toome next Tuesday. This match will take place in Tyholland with throw in at 7.15pm. All support for these young men would be appreciated and we wish them all the best in their quest to reach the final.

 

Juveniles: 

 

The Tully GAA Summer Camp is back this year and runs from Monday 17th August to Friday 21st August. Camp starts each morning at 9.30am and finishes at 1.30pm. It is open to all children

from the age of 6yrs to 12yrs old. The first child costs €30, second child €25 & third child €20. Please contact Aine on 085 1400186 to register.

 

Training for U-10’s, U-8’s & Nursery on Friday evenings in Tully @ 7.00pm. Please note all players must wear a mouth guard. Contact Martin O’Brien on 0876721981 or John Hamill on 0879151518 or Paddy Kelly on 0876688735 for further information.

 

U-8 Next official Go Games Blitz is scheduled for Saturday 8th August.

 

U-10 We had two teams participating in the Truagh’s annual Under 10 Football blitz at St. Mellans Park last Saturday, well done to everyone who turned up and played in the wet conditions.

 

U-12 Further fixtures have not yet been published, but with some clubs having still one remaining game to play this weekend we should hopefully fixtures for next week’s notes.

 

U-14 next match is away against Truagh this Saturday 25th July at 12pm. Training every Monday & Wednesday in Tully from 7 – 8pm.

 

U-16 lost their league match last Thursday 16th July away to Magheracloone. We play Killanny in the championship semi-final this evening Thursday 23rd July, this match is at home with a throw in time of 7.30pm so please come out and show your support. Training continues on Monday & Friday evenings in Tully.
