The second Monaghan GAA Perpetual Golf Classic will take place at Rossmore Golf Club on Saturday 30th May 2015 to raise money for the training fund of the Monaghan GAA Senior Football Team. Teams of four will compete for the unique trophy which has been designed and manufactured by the classic’s sponsor Mr. Brendan McAree of McAree Engineering. Players will also play for a chance to win exclusive prizes including four golf buggies, four golf watches, four golf bags and four pairs of golf shoes. There will also be prizes for nearest the pin and the longest drive on the day of the event.

Entry fee for a team of four players is €250 and sponsorship of a Tee or Green is available at €100. All sponsors will receive fabulous publicity on the day of the Classic, followed by a mention in the Northern Standard in the weeks after the Classic takes place.

After the day of golfing, there will be a night of entertainment provided in Rossmore Clubhouse which is to include live music and a questions and answers session featuring some local and national sporting heroes. This will be a very enjoyable evening and everyone is encouraged to come along.

In addition to the fantastic prizes, there will also be a three-course meal served in the clubhouse throughout the day with refreshments also being provided for players at the 9th hole.
