Topic: Coaching the tackle and defensive play through conditioned games and drills.
This session is open to all coaches and is an indoor, interactive, learning workshop. The session will focus on different types of tackling and identifying the key coaching points for each tackle. There will be drills and games being delivered to improve the technique of tackling in game situations.
This is a coach the coaches workshop, so all coaches are requested to dress appropriately with trainers.
