JUVENILE PRESENTATION NIGHT
Our Juvenile Presentation night took place last Saturday night in the Club where presentations were made to our U-12, U-14 and U-16 teams. The Club would like to thank our Special Guests of Honour Malachy O’Rourke and Conor McManus who spoke to our Juveniles on the night and emphasized the importance of practicing skills outside of training. We would like to thank our own County Representatives who were also there on the night Shaun Buckley, Barry Kerr and Muireann Atkinson who are great role models for our young players to look up to. A special word of thanks to Martin Mone who treated our Juveniles to a live performance of his single “Hit the Diff” which went down a treat with the young and the not so young alike! Huge credit must be given to our Juvenile Committee, Team Coaches and Mentors for all their hard work throughout the 2014 season and for organising a very successful presentation night and to all those who helped with the refreshments etc. Finally credit must also go to the parents of our juveniles whose assistance and support is hugely appreciated throughout the year and it was great to see so many parents there last Saturday night. Looking forward to the start of our 2015 Juvenile Season and what it may bring.
