Minors had a great first run out of the year against Dundalk Gaels on Sunday. Three periods of 20 minutes were played to give every player on both squads plenty of game time. Some good football played by both sides for early in the year and was a great run out for both sides. There will be a return fixture played in Dundalk at a later date. This game saw the return of Ciaran Murray to Clones as manager of the Louth side and it was great to welcome him back to St. Tiarnachs Park. Thanks to Joanne Reihill, Dora McElwain and Eileen Alford for providing the tea and Sandwiches for after the game.

Training continues for all the teams, there are great numbers turning out and it’s very encouraging for the coming season.
