Over the past few months clubs have been busy selling National Club Draw Tickets. It is now time for clubs to begin to return the tickets. All tickets need to be returned to County Liaison Officer Marion Donnelly in Cloghan before the 24th of January. They also need to be submitted via online. Please see below how to do this
Once you log into the system via the link https://crokepark.sharepoint.com/sites/gaa-club-draw you will see the main page with the documentation that is available for download. To the left of the screen you will see some tabs. Click on the ‘Clubs Draw’ tab.
This will bring you to the filtering options.
Enter your club number ___________ into the filter ‘Club Number’ as below, you will see this screen when you click on the ‘Apply’ button.
Then click on the heading ‘Club Number‘ to expand the results. You will see here a summary of how many tickets are sold/unsold
To expand the results further and to see all the ticket details, click on the heading ‘Ticket Status’.
You will now see all the tickets that have been allocated to your club:
To enter a ticket sale, click on ‘…’ on any row to access ticket tools.
You will see the drop down box with option, click on ‘Edit Item’:
When you select the ‘Edit Item’ option you will see the details of the ticket that you have selected.
When a ticket has been sold this is the option that you choose to update the ticket information.
From here you will be able to:
– Enter the buyer’s name
– Enter the buyer’s contact number
– Enter the buyer’s address
– Change the ticket status to SOLD
Once you have the above details entered select SAVE.
