Monaghan will open their Bank of Ireland Mc Kenna Cup campaign on Saturday 3rd of January in St. Mary’s Park, Castleblayney at 2pm when they will take on University Ulster Jordanstown. The remaining games will see them take on Down in St. Tiernach’s Park , Clones on Sunday January 11th at 2pm while on Wednesday 14th near neighbours Cavan are the opposition in Kingspan Breffni at 7.30pm Semi Finals are fixed for Sunday 18th January while the final will take place on Saturday the 24th. There are 7 new faces in the squad this year – Enda Duffy, John Mc Carron, Paddy Mc Guigan, Brendan Mc Elroy, Brian Greenan, Christopher Mc Kenna and Thomas Connolly. Neil Mc Adam returns after a year travelling. Paddy Kierans enters the squad for the 1st time since Mc kenna Cup 2011 while Ryan Mc Anespie while part of the championship panel in 2014 has yet to make his Senior Debut.
