Ned Run 2014 – The 4th Annual Ned Run has been confirmed for Friday August 8th at 7.45pm from Scotstown GAA grounds followed by bbq and music. Proceeds go to local charities Monaghan Hospice Home Care, Monaghan Alzheimers and the Club for the Elderly. Registration (€10) will take place on Thursday 7th August from 7pm-9pm and on Friday 8th from 5pm in the Complex. Everyone Welcome.
U-12’s – play away to Ballybay on Saturday morning. Throw in is 11am.
Railway Park: Our club grounds plays host to 2 important games this weekend. On Saturday morning at 11am the U-12 3B League final between Monaghan Harps and Finn Rua will take place. Then on Sunday evening at 6pm Scotstown and Aghabog meet in the Junior Championship Round 3B. Any club member available to help out at both matches would be welcome.
Dual Player: Well done to current senior player Niall Cadden who played a key role on the Truagh Gaels winning team in the Monaghan Hurling senior Shield Final played at the weekend. Who says the day of the dual star is over!!!!
