Club Jackets  are available in adults (ladies& gents) and juveniles in all sizes to purchase in Smiths newsagents.

Credit union Senior league.Seniors won their 2 games in the senior league and on Wed 20th Aug, Ballybay play Scotstown in Ballybay at 7-15pm . This is the last league match before the next round of the championship which is also against Scotstown on Sunday 31st August.
Au Revoir The club would like to wish Barney and Michelle every success and happiness in their new employment and residence in Dubai. He will be missed by the team and all.
Juvniles U12s:The u12s play Donaghmoyne this evening 21st , in the U12 Div.2B Cup Semi-Final in Donaghmoyne at 7.00pm.

U14s:The U14s played their  last league match before semi-finals on Tuesday evening against Latton.
U16s(St.Pats) : The u16s play their last league match against  Truagh this evening ,Thursday,in Drumhowan at 7.15pm.
Buncrana Cup: Congratulations to Monaghan U16 Dev.Squad who made history last Saturday when they won the county’s first ever Buncrana Cup beating Derry in the Semi and Armagh in the final . Representing Ballybay on the squad are Cian Hand , Shane Monaghan and Colm Lennon .
Mc Guigan Cup : Last Saturday also saw Monaghan U17 Dev.Squad qualify for the Jim Mc Guigan Cup Semi-final after they came out top of their group (Monaghan ,Armagh,Antrim ,Down).The semi-finals take place this Saturday in Derry .Representing Ballybay on the squad are Paddy O Neill, Adam Counihan,Cormac Duffy and Eoin McKearney.Good luck to the team and Management on Saturday.

Buncrana Cup Well done to the St Pat’s team players who were part of the U 16 County development squad, who won the Buncrana cup in Donegal last weekend by beating Armagh in the final.  This is the 1st time this has been won by Monaghan and hope it leads to more.
Monaghan Ladies:
We wish  Monaghan Senior team and Management good luck in the TG4 Quarter final this Saturday against Galway in Birr.
Leaving Certificate.Congratulations to all those students who received their leaving certificate results and college places and wish them every success in the future.
Sympathy Ballybay Pearse bros would to extend deepest sympathy to the Carraher Family on the death of their sister and aunt Monica Carraher late of Ardee and formally of Ballybay and to the Slowey family on the death of Tommy Slowey late of Main st Ballybay. May they rest in Peace.
