Ulster Senior Football Championship Final
Donegal 0-15 Monaghan 1-9 20/7/14
Monaghan’s bid to retain the Ulster SFC ended with a three-point defeat against Donegal in the final. Donegal led from start to finish and even a well-taken goal by Christopher McGuinness, which closed the gap to a point 20 minutes from time, couldn’t inspire a Monaghan comeback.
