Aughnamullen Notes

Seniors: The Seniors play Scotstown this Sunday evening in Aughnamullen at 5pm. All support welcome. They play Killanny in the Championship on Saturday 19th July in Castleblayney at 7 30pm.
Reserves: The Reserves played away to Donaghmoyne on Wednesday night last. Check Result elsewhere for details
Minors: The Minors played Castleblayney at home on Tuesday night last. Check Result elsewhere for details. They play Tyholland in the Championship on the 22nd of July. More details in next weeks issue.
Under 16: The Under 16 played at home to Carrick on thursday evening last. After a tough struggle they emerged victorious on a scoreline of 4-15 to 3-08 with some good performances throughout. They play away to Emyvale on the 17th July followed by home game against Seans on the 19th of July.
Under 14: The Under 14 still remain unbeaten after a good away win over Magheracloone on a scoreline of 3-23 to 2-16 this was a good performance after the long weekend of feile the previous weekend. On Tuesday last they received the points against Monaghan Harps and they play at home to Truagh on Saturday morning next at 12 noon.
Under 12: The Under 12 produced their best performance of the year when they easily accounted for Seans on Saturday morning last. Next game is on Saturday 19th July with a game against near neighbours Drumhowan at 12 noon in Aughnamullen.
Congrats: Congrats to Cathriona Flanagan Tullynahinera and Stephen Boyle Donegal who got married recently.
Lotto: The Lotto was held on Monday evening last. The numbers drawn were 2,24,11,8. There was no winner the lucky dip winners were as follows: Bernie Mc Brien, Mary King, Mark Mc Ardle, Martin & Teresa Mc Ardle, Breege Mc Ardle, Roisin Hannaway, MIchelle & Gavin Corrigan, PJ Bannigan, Lauren O Grady and John Duffy. Next weeks jackpot is €7,000 and next weeks Lotto team is Anita Finnegan, Brendan Finnegan Jnr., Bernie Mc Brien and Paddy Flanagan

Dates for Your Diary: The Club is a running a festival in mid August and attractions include Mock Wedding on 8th August with Music by Kieran Rosney and on Sunday 10th August Music by the popular Wolfe Tones. A great weekend is guranteed.
