Aughnamullen Notes

Reserves: The Reserves played Inniskeen in the Championship on Wednesday of last week in the Quarter Final of the Championship and held out a for a 3 point win on a scoreline of 1-11 to 1-08. This was a game which was in the melting pot until the last few minutes where a couple of late points proved the difference. They played Carrickmacross in the Semi Final on Wednesday night last ( Last Night) and play in the League at home to Seans on Monday night next at 8pm. All support welcome

Under 14: The Under 14 still remain  unbeaten in the league where they had a comfortable victory over Scotstown on Thursday last this game was quite close at half time but a couple of goals in the second half proved the difference in the end. They play Carrickmacross away on Thursday night(tonight) at 6 30pm please note time of game. All support welcome
Feile: On behalf of the Juvenile Committee we would like to thank all those who supported the Breakfast Morning it was a wonderful success and many thanks who helped out in any way especially those who sponsored towards the Breakfast Day. Anyway Feile takes place in a few weeks time the iteniary is asfollows:  On Friday 27th of June they play 2 games in Connacht Centre of Excellnece in Ballyhaunis against Tubercurry at 5pm and South London at 6 20pm. On to Saturday the 28th they play the host club in where the boys are staying Ardnaree(outside Ballina) at 11 am and that evenning depending on results of previous 3 games play in the Cup Quarter Final or Shield Quarter Final and if sucessful play Semi Finals and Final on the Sunday. These boys will need all the support possible and the following are Hotels & Bed and Breakfasts in the Ballina Area if you want to travel down.

Under 12: The Under 12’s played at home to Toome on Saturday last and were unlucky beaten by a couple of scores. Next game is on the 5th July away to Sean Mc Dermotts

Best Wishes: Best Wishes to Michael Bannigan and the County Minors in their forthcoming Ulster Championship against Tyrone this Saturday evening in Armagh at 7pm. All support welcome.

Lotto:The Lotto was held on Sunday night last the numbers drawn were 6,7, 19,20. There was no winner theye lucky diop winners were Michael Mulligan, Seamus Markey, Deidre Allen & Ciaran Mooney, Imelda Boyle, Colin & Gavin Clerkin, Pat Farrell, Roisin Hannaway, Lucy Geoghegan, Aoife Hamill & Dean Johnston. Next weeks jackpot is €6,700 and next weeks lotto team is Sean Duffy, Kevin Mc Guigan, Frank Marron & Tom Lenagh
