Seniors
The seniors travelled to Donaghmoyne early last Sunday. A tough venue to play in at anytime but the team suck to their task well. The game ebbed and flowed but the outcome of a one point win was deserved given the overall performance.
U-14’s
Last Friday night our U14 team travelled to Donaghmoyne and had a tough match but won by 6 points. They were losing after the first quarter, drawn at half time, leading by 11 points in the 3rd quarter and won by 6 points. The wind and the strong sunlight had a bearing on this match. In goals Zack Perkins had some good saves and he was well protected by David Keeley & James Murphy. At half back was Cathal Mc Mahon, James Clerkin & Cian O Leary. In midfield Daniel Reilly & Patrick Mc Carron caused endless problems for Donaghmoyne, both of them scoring goals. Up front Mark Melvin won some good possession scoring 2 points. Fergal Clerkin also got good scores.Darren Kelly, Shane Maguire & Oisin Mc Kenna also played well and got on the score sheet. Killian Murphy came on & played well in defence. Dara Maguire also played in the 3rd quarter & started some good attacks. Josh Hagan came on also & scored an important point. It was great to see so many parents coming along to support this team
U-12’s
Our U12’s have reached the final of the Spring League and play Drumhowan this Friday 23rd May in Cloghan at 7.00pm. All support welcome.’
Bingo
Bingo continues every Monday night in the complex. The usual prizes are on offer. The big jackpot now stands at over € 11000 on 45 calls.

Cultural Night
Our monthly Irish Traditional session took place last Friday night. As usual this was a great night’s entertainment. Thanks to everyone for their continuing support. Please remember to keep the 2nd Friday free, next session takes place on the 13th June, at 9pm. We look forward to seeing you all there. Refreshments served & everyone is welcome.
