Credit Union League: On Wednesday week last our seniors travelled to Latton in the senior league and in the end both teams may have been content with the share of the spoils. Shane Carey free on 4mins open the scoring, Latton responded with a goal a minute later, but it took two quick goals between 12th & 15th minute from Conor McCarthy and Shane Carey to take Scotstown into the break in front by 2-3 to 1-3. Scotstown had to play the remaining 10mins and the entire second half with 14 Players as they tried to adapt themselves in the 2nd half. Latton’s 2nd half start was instant as the sides were level by the 38th minute. Conor McCarthy free restored the lead, but with Owen Duffy and Hugh McElroy been effective had Latton ahead by 3pts, two Shane Carey frees reduced the deficit and then the introduction of Ciaran Treanor, his first touch level things once again 1-10 to 2-7, with time running out both teams had exchanged scores, Latton were a point in front but again Ciaran Treanor came to the rescue with an injury time score to leave the final outcome all square at 1-12 to 2-9. Junior League: Our third team had there next JFL fixture away to Killeevan last night (Wed 7th May) and they will be away to Drumhowan on Sunday 11th May at 2pm
Senior Championship: There will be a double header in Clontibret on Sat 17th May, where Scotstown plays Truagh in the second game of this championship schedule. Ballybay V Blayney is the first game
Minors: On Tuesday last our minor team were at home to St Pat’s, with the first half very close at 8pts to 6 in favour of the home but Scotstown produced a second half performance to win convincing in the end on a score of 2-19 to 1-9. O’ Duffy Cup: Our B team know their opponents in the quarter final of the O ‘Duffy Cup, which is schedule for 8th June. They will up against Ballybay.
U16 DIV 1: Our first team had six points to spare with a home win over St Pat’s on Thursday last. They created most of the scoring in the first half, while they led at the break by 10pts to 1. The second half was evenly contested with St Pat’s holding the edge with our young lads holding on for a 13pts to 1-3 win. U6s & U8s: Training continues on Saturday morning at 10.30am for our U6 & U8 Boys and Girls in the main pitch at the complex.

County Open Night: A County Open Night will take place this year on Friday 9th May at 8pm. Supporters young and old that night will have the opportunity to meet their County Heroes as members of the various Co. Teams will be present on the night. You will get an opportunity to get your photo or autograph with your hero.
Bar Rota: Week beginning 5th May -11th May, the Bar Rota team on duty will be Edel McKenna, Orla McCarville and Alice McMahon.
