Lotto Sellers Wanted:
Any children in the parish who would be interested in taking up a lotto selling route would be more than welcome as we would like to cover more and as much of the parish as possible. Each child selling lottos will also receive a commission. Anyone interested can contact Brian on 0872915864.
Mouthguards:
Gum Shields have now become compulsory for both training and matches in the season ahead. It’s important all juvenile players and senior players have their mouthguard in place before entering the playing grounds. At Annual Congress in April 2012, a new rule was enacted that made it mandatory to use a mouthguard in all Gaelic football matches and training sessions from January 1st 2013 for all age grades up to and including minor. The rule will now come into effect at Under 21 and Adult level from January 1st 2014. Players will not be covered under the player injury scheme if they are not wearing a mouthguard.
Presentation Night:
The club hosted its Presentation Night for last year’s U16, Minor and Junior teams last Saturday in the Fiddlers Elbow, Carrickmacross. A great night was had by all which fitted the success of the past year. We’d like to thank Conor Mc Manus for making the presentations on the night and also to the Fiddlers for the great service provided.
Speedy Recovery:
The club would like to wish a speedy recovery to Ryan Callan who was hospitalised recently.
Recently Deceased:
The club would like to extend its sympathies to the families and friends of Pat Meehan Lattylanigan, Paddy Duffy Slane and Lisdoonan, and Mary Lowry USA and Corleck who all died recently.

Ladies
U14s:
The U14 squad took on Scotstown last Saturday in a tough game in the final of the feile competition. The girls had control of this game from the word go and in the end ran out worthy winners. Congratulations to all the players and management as they will now go on and represent Monaghan in the Feile Competition in June. Well done girls keep up the good work.
