Clontibret
Senior Championship
Clontibret 2-13, Harps 1-13. We overcame a dogged Harps team by a single score in a tense semi-final. This sets us up against Scotstown this Sunday in the county final in Clones at 3.30pm. The minor final between Carrick and Magheracloone will take place before it at 2pm. Every good wish to the team and management in our bid for championship honours.
Championship Final Tickets
Tickets for the match will be available to purchase in advance in Flemings Monaghan and Supervalu Castleblayney and Centra Ballybay. They will also be available on the day, as usual. Gerry Arthur Stand tickets will be €15.
Senior League
We are due to play Magheracloone at home on Saturday, 19th October at 4pm.
Club Gear
Club Gear for sale Friday from 7pm to 9pm in the Social Club. Get kitted out for the county final. If you need any special gear, it can be ordered on the night also.
U13 Blitz
An u13 blitz will take place this evening, Thursday in Cloghan at 7pm. Meet at the Community Centre at 6.30pm.
U12 Tournament
An u12 tournament will take place in Cremartin on Saturday at 11am. Meet at the Community Centre at 10am.
U10 Half Time Game
Good luck to a selection of our u10 team who will play at half time of the county final on Sunday. Management will be in touch with further details.
U6, U8 & U10 Training
Training for u6s, u8s & u10s has finished up for the year. Well done to all our players who made a great effort throughout the year, and also to our many coaches and helpers for their dedication and commitment to these young players.
Juvenile Presentation
A presentation for u6s, u8s & u10s will hopefully take place in the next couple of weeks. More details to follow.
Coaching Courses

Ireland Team
Congratulations to senior team captain Conor McManus who has been selected to represent Ireland in the International Rules Series against Australia, the first match of which will be played in Breffni Park on Saturday, 19th October at 7pm. This will be followed by the deciding match in Croke Park on the following Saturday, 26th October. Conor follows in the footsteps of the late John Rice who represented Ireland in 1957.
