Operation TransFAUGHSmation – What a week it has been for the gang at Operation TansFAUGHSmation. Last week was “BOOTCAMP WEEK” and over the course of the two days saw over 175 people meeting each night at St Marys Park for fun and exercise. Michael “Chang “ Mc Kenna got on board this week to help out and true to his army background took no prisoners as all the participants went through a gruelling set of circuits, which included a great obstacle course. Kevin was delighted with the effort by every individual as they pushed themselves hard for both nights. Sunday morning was a beautiful bright morning and again another huge crowd turned up to take part in the walk/run/cycle. This Tuesday see us return to the Glencarn Hotel for circuits, and we are all looking forward to Boxercise with Orla McCarthy on Friday and another Sunday Morning session in St Marys Park meeting at 11am.
