Scotstown are through to the Gormley uPVC Senior Football Championship semi-finals after they saw off Latton on Sunday, while Magheracloone battled past Doohamlet to set up a Round 3B meeting with Monaghan Harps next Friday.

Donaghmoyne and Currin secured McGuigan Builders Intermediate Football Championship semi-final places with wins over Cremartin and Clones respectively. Darren McElroy hit 1-5 to lead Donaghmoyne through on Saturday, while Philip O’Callaghan and Stephen Smyth found the net in a dominant first-half performance for Currin on Sunday. Truagh and Tyholland stayed in the hunt with wins in Saturday evening’s double-header at Emyvale. Truagh had goals from Niall Coyle and Seán McKenna in a convincing win over Drumhowan, while Dermot Coyle, Paul McCormack and Shane Hughes helped Tyholland come from five points down to edge past Inniskeen.

Éire Óg edged out Blackhill in the Platinum Tanks Reserve Football League Division Three Final on Friday night, with goals by Dónal Tierney and Séamus Bell proving crucial.

Killanny are the new leaders of the Eurotech Junior Football League, leapfrogging championship finalists Blackhill, who they beat in style on Sunday, while Seán McDermotts had a convincing win in their local derby against Éire Óg to move into a share of third place.
