Senior Championship

We play Scotstown on Saturday in the quarter-final at 6pm in Ballybay.

 

Senior League

An away league game v ‘Blayney has been fixed for Sunday, 15th August but this is dependent on the outcome of the championship semi-final this weekend.

 

Minor Championship

We played Cuchulainn Sarsfields on Tuesday, result next week.

 

U16 League

Clontibret 2-10, Harps 2-15. We lost out to the Harps last week.

We play Carrick this evening, Thursday at 6.45pm in Carrick in the last league match of the year.

 

U14 League

Clontibret 6-14, Corduff 4-20. We played out a very entertaining high-scoring game against Corduff last week which ended all square. We have qualified for the shield semi-final which takes place against Seans on Saturday at 12pm in Threemilehouse. Best of luck to the boys.

 

U12 League Final

Clontibret 1-8, ‘Blayney 0-6. Our u12 team had a fantastic victory last Saturday to claim the Division 3 title with a hard-working team performance. Every player played their part in a fine victory to claim silverware for the club. Well done to all the players and the management team of Sean Michael McSkeane, Rodney Gorman and Cathal Leonard. Team: David Brennan, Paddy Keenan, James Carey, Brian Macklin, Caolan Keenan, Conor McCooey 1-5, Conor Molloy 0-1, Darren McMahon 0-1, Conor Brady, Nathan Power, Jack Duffy 0-1. Jack Flynn, Shane McEneaney, Reece Brady, Emmet Walshe, Jack Dunlop, Daire Brennan.

Many thanks to the parents who helped so willingly with transport throughout the year meaning we only had to get buses for the last two games which eases the club’s finances greatly. Thanks also to those parents who helped line out pitches during the year also. Your help makes a great difference to the management.

 

U8 & U10 Go Games

There will be u8 & u10 Go Games this Saturday. The venue has yet to be confirmed. Stay in touch with management regarding arrangments.

 

Under 6s & Girls

Training will continue tomorrow evening, Friday.
