Seniors: All quiet last week for our seniors who get ready for the first of their local derby games against neighbours Currin this Sunday its the league at home throw-in 1:30pm the following week it’s the championship. The best of luck lads, please come out and support both these games.
Minors: St. Tiarnachs have put their feet firmly into the semi finals of both the league and the championship. They played Emerald Sarsfields in the semi-final of the league last Tuesday. This Clones&Eire Og amalgamation have been doing very well and I would encourage all of you to support this minor team, some of our current and future county stars are on this team.
Under 16’s; are preparing for the league final on September 14th, venue and time have yet to be finalised. This is a great group of players and the management of Stephen Adamson, Ady Alford and Phelim MacElwain have worked tirelessly with the players all season, having missed out to Inniskeen in the championship semi-final we’ll be hoping history doesn’t repeat itself. U14s Div 5 Team play Truagh in the Shield Final on Saturday 7th in Monaghan at 12 O’Clock.
U12 Div 2A Div 2A Team Beaten by Killanny last Saturday in the shield final, the team lost nothing in defeat ad should hold their heads high, they’ve come along way this season and with hardwork, commitment and dedication hopefully next season you can go one better. Well done on reaching the final.
U8/10s – will take part in the double Blitz in Latton on this Saturday.
