Lotto There was no winner of the €11000 jackpot this week which was held on Monday night the 23rd of September. The numbers drawn were 11, 16, 20, 26. The 4 lucky dips of €50 were Mickey Conlon, Cairde, Fainche Hanratty, Longfield, Mary O’Connor, 25 Park Road and Tony Carville, Cairde .  Congratulations to all this weeks’ winners and best of luck to everyone for next week.

All Ireland 7’s – We failed to qualify from a very tough group at last weekends Kilmacud 7s.

Well done  – Last Sunday was a very proud day for the club as Nudie Hughes  was honoured at the All Ireland Final on Sunday last, the 22nd of September, as a member of the Football ‘Stars of the ’80s’ team.  In addition the juveniles were represented by Craig Callan who played in the Cumman Na Bun Scoil match at half time. Congratulation to both Nudie and Craig.

Best of Luck – The club would like to take this opportunity to wish the Monaghan Ladies the very best of luck in the All Ireland Senior Championship this weekend

Operation TransFAUGHSmations – With last week being such a success, it’s hard to imagine it getting any better, but it will…… A huge thanks to Janette Keenan for two wonderful classes of pilates last Friday evening.  This week we again had two classes of circuits on Tuesday evening in the Glencarn Hotel and there was again a huge turnout for both.  Friday evening is scheduled for yoga with Geraldine Gorman and more details on the weekend events will be posted on facebook and text to all participants. There has been a great effort and atmosphere so far so keep it going folks.

High Nellie Workshop – Why not come along and bring your High Nellie from the shed to the Fair day in Castleblayney on the 28th September.  The workshop will run from 10.30am to 2pm – All welcome, For more information contact Pat Merrick at 086 3958409.
