Latton GFC Notes – Week Beginning 5^th August 2013

Senior Football

In the first league game for a number of weeks Latton came away from Scotstown with a point last Tuesday evening. We play Clontibret in Latton on Sunday morning at 12-30.

Dream Ends

Monahan’s dream of ALL Ireland Success ended in Croke Park last Sat evening against Tyrone. Well done to all the players and management of the senior team for all their hard work and commitment and providing the supporters with some great days out.

County Minors

Well done to Frank Brady and his team on a great win over Tipperary on Monday last, they will now play Mayo in the ALL Ireland semi-final.

Blessing of graves

Our social centre will be open after Blessing of the graves on Sunday 25^th Aug for a cup of tea and light refreshments, this will be an ideal opportunity for families to get together and for visitors to the parish to be shown around the great facilities we have developed over the last number of years.
