U12 Notes:

The boys came through an extremely tough match against Monaghan Harps in the latest game in the Monaghan League on Monday nightwith a win. With only the narrowest of margins between between them following a great display of hurling by both teams, the boys eventually won out by a single score. The team worked hard in every postion, and, six different boys ending up on the scoresheet was very good to see. David Irwin was top scorer for Blayney with 5 points with Mikey Carville, Conall McHugh, Joshua Mone, Niall Carville and Jack Madden contributing a score each on the night. Panel on the night: Conor Brennan, Ben Carville, Declan McNally, Joshua Mone, Joey Hughes, Mikey Carville, Robbie Hanratty, David Irwin, Conall McHugh, Niall Carville, Jack Madden, Jake McManus, Senan O’Brien, Caleb McArdle, Ciaran Duffy, Iain Kindlon, Daragh Carthy, Conor McCooey, Andrew Connolly, Cillian Hanratty, Daniel Madden, James Hannaway
