Seniors: The County Seniors had a winning start to their Ulster Championship campaign on Sunday with Rory Beggan making his Championship debut, along with Kieran and Darren Hughes. The Seniors were in League action on Wednesday evening away to Clontibret. The next Senior League game will be at home to Latton on Friday, June 21st at 8pm.

Reserves: The B team were in action away at Clontibret last week, gaining a 2-8 to 0-10 victory which puts them in second place in RFL Division 1A. They have a home League game against Latton next Wednesday, June 19th at 8pm.

Juniors: The C team are in League action away to Oram this Sunday, June 16th at 12:30pm.

Under 21: Scotstown are at home to Latton on Tuesday, June 25th.

Minors: The next Minor club action will be in July. The county Minors play Cavan in the Ulster semi-final on June 29th.

Under 16: The next game is at home to Seán MacDermott’s on June 20th at 7:30pm. They play St. Patrick’s in the Championship on June 30th.

Under 14: The Division One team lost out to Killanny last week. They are away again at Emyvale on Friday, June 14th with a 7:30pm start. The Division Five side lost by a single point in the Division 5 Championship semi-final versus Monaghan Harps last week. They won’t be in action again until July.

Under 12: The Under 12 Division 1A team lost at Magheracloone last Saturday, while the Division 3B team were beaten by Killeevan on the same day.

Book Launch: Congratulations to Shane Caulfield on the launch his coaching book “Gaelic Football – Games and Drills for Fundamental Development” last Friday night in Saint Macartan’s College, Monaghan.

Ned Run: Training for The Ned Run continues on Monday evenings at 7pm on the new track at Kilmore. The aim is to go from the couch to 8k by August 10th! Runners and walkers of all abilities are welcome.

Hooley in the Heather: The festival continues this weekend with a range of events including the Knockatallon-Barratitoppy-Killycarnan Schools Reunion on Saturday night and the annual Bonfire Sports day on Sunday.

Development Draw: Ticket sellers are out in force for our Development Draw, with a car and other valuable prizes on offer. Tickets are priced at €20 each or three for €50. They are also available on the Scotstown GAA website, with Paypal/Credit Card payments accepted.

Ladies Senior and Minor: Training every Tuesday and Friday at 7.30pm sharp. Please be on time. If you are unable to attend training, it is important to contact team management.

Ladies U16: Training every Monday and Thursday night in Kilmore at 6.30pm. Please bring registration form and money to team management ASAP.

Ladies U14: Training every Monday and Thursday in Kilmore at 6.30pm. Please bring registration form and money to team management ASAP. The girls lost out to a stronger O’Neills team in their game on Bank Holiday Monday.

Ladies U12: Training continues every Tuesday at 6:15pm in Kilmore. Please return registration form and money to team management as soon as possible.  

Ladies Registration: Club registration is now overdue for 2013. Please give to team management or club registrar Martina Larmer. U18s – €35, over 18s – €50. If you are not registered you will be unable to train or play matches, registration is for one year, from May 2013 to May 2014.  

Condolences: Sympathy is extended to the family and friends of the recently deceased including Denis Connolly, Carnquil; Grace McKenna, Crover and Aloysius Grew, Corranny.
