Seniors- Our senior team will play away to Aughnamullen next Wednesday 12th June at 8pm.

Under 14 – Our under 14 team had a convincing win over a never say die
Tyholland side last Tuesday evening in the Championship first round. Our
lads started in a sluggish manner in the first quarter and it wasn’t until
the second period that we started to dominate with Patrick Quinn, Tom Mc
Guirk and Colm Mc Mahon to the fore. We were to take on Aghabog on Tuesday
night last in the semi-final of the competition. Panel v Tyholland was
Niall Markey, Joseph Duffy, Gerard Quinn, Patrick Quinn, Daniel Tomany, Tom
Mc Guirk, Finbarr Brennan, Aodhann Brennan, Dara Mc Elearney, Cormac Duffy,
Colm Mc Mahon , Lee Treanor

Under 12 – We play Emyvale away on this Saturday at noon in the second game
in the league.

Under 10 – Castleblayney were visitors to a sun drenched Mc Keown Park on Thursday evening last where they took on the locals in a series of mini games. There was great skill and determination on show by both sides and with two games going at once all players got full game time. Well done to all concerned and to our referees Aiden Quinn and Patrick Duffy. Next Blitz is in Drumhowan on Saturday June 15th and the Under 8 squad are out the following Saturday 22nd also in Drumhowan. The under 10,s have another game on Monday next when they play a community games combination team of Clontibret, Doohamlet and Cremartin in Drumhowan. All players at pitch for 6-45

Blackhill Sports – Our under 12 team played Cremartin on Monday last and won the Mc Cormick Cup with captain on the day Ciara Mc Adam lifting the cup. Well done and thanks to Blackhill for the invite and hospitality.

Ages 5-14- Training continues every Monday for ages 5-14 at 7pm. All welcome.

1996 Semi Final 3 game drama replay v Ballybay will take place on Saturday June 22nd in Drumhowan. Rumour has it that Sean McKenna will be the man in the middle again. Training commences on this Sunday morning at 6am with fitness tests followed by a gym session and then onto the pitch.

Kelloggs Cul Camps– Takes place in Ballybay July 22nd – 26th , Cost of Camps 1st child 55euro,
2nd child 45euro, 3rd child 40euro each, & 35euro if a child wants to
attend another camp (without gear). All Camps cater for 5 to 13 year old

U14/16 Club Coaching Programme– These 3 practical sessions will be delivered in 3 regions throughout the
county. We are based in Ballybay on Thursday June 6th and June 13th from
7-30 to 9pm. Coaches of these teams should attend.

U6/8 Coaches workshop on Wed 19th June @ 7:30pm in Cloghan to be delivered
by Aoife Byrne (from Killanny) who has worked for Liverpool FC as a
Community and Schools Coach.

U10/12 Coaches workshop on Wed 26th June @ 7:30pm in Cloghan to be
delivered by Monaghan Coaching Staff.
