Clontibret
Senior League
We played Scotstown yesterday evening, Wednesday, result next week. We have an away game against Magheracloone on Sunday at 12.30pm. This will likely be the last senior game before the Ulster semi-final.
Reserve League & Championship Division 1
Clontibret 3-14, Ballybay 1-8. A great result from the boys in a hard fought contest which was close throughout but we pulled through in the end.
Clontibret 0-10, Scotstown 2-8. Despite having an understrength team out, this was a game we could have won, but we found the concession of two goals too much to overcome.
Our next league game is at home to Magheracloone on Sunday, 23rd June at 2pm.
The O’Duffy Cup Final has been provisionally pencilled in for the second weekend in July.
Reserve Division 3
We play Currin in Clontibret on Wednesday at 8pm.
U16
We play the Harps on Thursday, 27th June in Rooskey.
U14
We are at home to Eire Og on Saturday at 12pm.
U12
Clontibret 7-20, Doohamlet 7-6. A good result against the neighbours in a closely fought contest where we started well but Doohamlet fought back in the middle of the game to narrow the gap. However our boys finished stronger to run out winners. Next game is on Tuesday against Corduff in Clontibret at 7pm.
