U-21 Final

Blackhill v Sean Mc Dermotts Tuesday June 25^th 8pm in Cremartin.

Annual Sports Day

Our annual sports day took place on Bank Holiday Monday June 3^rd. Thankfully the weather stayed dry and warm and a great day was had by the large crowd in attendance. The football games were both played at U-12 grade. All four teams of boys and girls put on a great display of skill and commitment. Doohamlet regained the McBennett Cup after a good contest with Oram, while Drumhowan edged a great game with Cremartin to win the Connolly cup. Thank you to the mentors, players and parents of all our visiting clubs. Other highlights included Pauric McBride and Shay O Reilly who won the talent competition at their respective grades, while Niamh McNally won the U-1 bonny baby competition and Ryan Johnston won at the U-2 grade. Gary keenan put on a musical master class in one of the new departures this year, and his closing set with Tommy Woods had the crowd enthralled. Sincere thanks also to the numerous volunteers from within and especially from outside the club who all played their part and gave their time in making our sports day the great social, sporting and cultural event that it has become.

Sympathy
