Alpha Lotto – There was no outright winner of the weekly draw held on Sunday night in the Skule Inn. Letters drawn were G,N,K, and L . The following won the 7 X €20 prizes: Feldhues Ltd. , Clones-MD, Anthony Mullen, Mulladuff, Canon John McCabe, Roslea, Catherine Connolly, Mullabrack, Stephen McGorman, Coolatty, Paddy Connolly, Scotshouse, Patrica Sheridan, Aghagaw . Congratulations and thanks to all our supporters and sellers. Next Sunday nights draw will be held in Bens Place. The Jackpot will be €8,650.
Table Quiz – There is a table quiz being held in the Skule Inn this Saturday 18th May at 9pm. Proceeds are in aid of County Monaghan Branch Alzheimers Society for service provided at Drumkill Day Care Centre, Threemilehouse. It is €20 for a table of 4 and refreshments will be served. There will also be a raffle taking place on the night. Please support this worthy cause.
Golf Classic – Please note that our annual golf classic takes place in the month of June. Further details will be available next week. Clothes Collection – The club is organising a used/old clothes collection on Saturday 1st June from 10am till 2pm which will help raise much needed funds. So we ask you to support us and spread the word to friends, relatives and neighbours. Items can be dropped to the club grounds between these times or we can organise to have them collected for you.
Missing – a hard drive and disc containing various club photos and memorabilia was taken from the car of a club member on Sunday 5th May at the Eire Og & Scotstown Fighting Cancer Fundraiser. If anyone has any information relating to this please contact Joe Leonard 087 2540603.
Seniors – recorded victory away to Killeevan on Saturday night last. Next game is at home to Scotstown this Saturday at 7pm.
Reserves– played at home to Clontibret last night (Wednesday). Please see results elsewhere.
U-14 – play away to Cremartin this Saturday at 12noon.
U-16 – play at home to Emerald Sarsfields in Smithboro tonight (Thursday). Throw in time 7.30pm.
U-12 – Well done to all who competed in the spring league finals on Saturday last. Whilst the result did not go our way on the day all players can be proud of their efforts.
Get Well Soon Wishes: to Jimmy Leonard of Stranagarvagh who was recently hospitalised. We wish him a speedy recovery.
