Seniors:

The past seven days have definitely been days to forget for our Senior panel. On Wednesday evening last we suffered a heavy defeat away to a strong Truagh side. Then on Sunday we faced Clones in Corduff, a better performance from the previous Wednesday was given but just wasn’t enough to get over the line. They have a chance to redeem themselves this Sunday as they make the trip to Drumhowan. Throw in is at 2pm. These lads need their clubs support to get back to winning ways so make the trip Sunday to get behind your club.

U21s:

The U21 panel have their next game in the league this Friday evening when they make the short trip to face neighbours Carrickmacross. Throw in is at 7.45 in the Emmets. Lets get a good crowd in Carrick to support this talented group of players.

Minors:

Minors made the trip to Drumhowan on Tuesday evening last for their fifth game in the league were they faced St. Pats. The lads put in an impressive display and won comprehensively to bounce back well from their defeat the Tuesday before. There are no games now for a period but training continues every Monday from 7pm in Donaghmoyne. Need to see everyone present from now on with this break and the business end of the year to come.

U16s:

The U16 panel made the trip away last Thursday evening to take on Clontibret in the league. The lads were in control for most of the game and ran out worthy winners to bounce back from their defeat the week before. This Thursday evening they take on Sean Mc Dermotts away at 7.30. Players are to be in Donaghmoyne at 6.15 for the bus.

U14s:

U14 training continues Friday evening at 6 in Donaghmoyne.

U12s:

Both U12 teams, the 11 a side and 9 a side teams had their Spring league Finals matches on Friday evening and Saturday morning last as both teams face Fergal O Hanlons and Clontibret respectively. Both teams recorded victories to end their competition on a high and they now look forward to their league campaign. Training continues Saturday morning at 11.

U10s:

Our U10 community games side played their semi final match of the competition last Monday evening when took on Tydavnet. The team gave an excellent performance and ran out comprehensive victors. They will now face Clontibret in the final in the next coming week. Well done to all the players and management.
