May bank holiday (fri 3rd – Mon 6th) country music festival in Pairc Grattan

Family fun Monday
Charity 7 aside football tournament called “clash of the clans”.
This Unisex tournament involves playing with members of your family in a fun match.
Feel free to contact us (on the below number) if you wish to submit a team.
There are many more activities on the day such as sports day events for all ages, face painting, BBQ etc.
The Festival weekend will be brought to a climax in the Marquee with a presentation of the “Clash of the clans” winners and a traditional Music Session (everyone welcome to bring a instrument and join in).
Weekend tickets are at a limited availability of €25. This ticket will allow you entry into each nights show along with your family to the fun day.

Defibrillator course
Inniskeen Red Cross holds a defibrillator course in St Daig’s School on the Last Monday of every Month.
The Next course will take place on Apr 29th.
We encourage as many people as possible to take this course.

Gaeltacht Scholarships
Interviews for Gaeltacht Scholarships to Coláiste Bhríde, Rann Na Feirste will be held in GAA Administration Office Cloghan on Saturday 20th April 2013.
Interviews for students who are pre Junior Cert will start at 10am, while interviews for post Junior Cert and Leaving Cert students will begin at 11.30am.
No pre booking is required

Our Minors got off to a winning start in this year’s tournament with a comprehensive win at home to Corduff.
Paddy Matthews led the line at the back along with Aaron Kelly and Cathal Russell.
The Midfield duo of Niall Butler (capt) and Shane Woods (1-01) held a big Corduff outfit at bay whilst giving plenty of ammunition to our electric full forward line of Donal Meegan (2-09) and Michael Monaghan (5-05)
County Minors
Well Done to Donal Meegan and the Monaghan Lads who came from behind to beat Armagh with a scoreline of 1-12 to 2-06.
Donal Contributed with 2 vital points in the win.

Our U 14 squad kicked off in Division 1 with a solid performance against our neighbours Killanny on Tuesday night with a winning score line of 1-08 to 4-21.
