Lotto

 Senior Football

First league game of 2013 will be against Rockcorry away on Sunday 31^st of March.

Committee Meeting

A meeting of the Executive Committee will take place on Thursday 21^st March at 9 0’clock.

U-21.

This year’s competition starts much earlier than normal with the first game set for Sat 23^rd March away to Clontibret.

Club membership

Membership for the year is now due, all players juvenile & adult will have to be paid up members to be covered by the GAA insurance.  Membership can be paid to Mickey Duffy or any committee member, €20 per adult and €10 for u16.

Reserve League

Our reserves continued their good form on Sunday last with a hard fought 3pt victory over Monaghan Harps. Played in condition’s that you would not put the mother in law out in both teams tried hard to play entertaining football. A young latton team worked hard for each other and a D Duffy goal after 10 min was the result of some great one touch football out of defence and a quick ball to the forwards. Monaghan had to wait 24 min for their first score of the half a goal after a slip by the Latton defence. Latton finished the half strong and with D Duffy kicking some great scores went in leading 1-6 to 1-1 at half time. A wicked cross field wind made scores hard to get in the second half with Latton for all their hard work only registering 1pt in the half hour. With the Latton goalie C Brady on top of his game and a hard working defence we were fit to hold out and record the 3pt victory. Latton 1-7 Monaghan 1-4. Team & scorers: C, Brady. C, Mc Elroy. Easter Sunday Night

On Sunday 31^st March there will be a night of Cheoil agus Craic in the social centre, also the weekly lotto draw will take place with a special draw for all the 25 week entries. Everyone welcome.
