Secretary

Marie Murphy was ratified as club secretary for 2013 at the March meeting. The club is indebted to Marie for filling this critical vacancy and wish her well in her new position. There are still a number of vacant positions on the committee from last year’s A.G.M., should any club member be willing to volunteer to assist in the running of the club please contact any committee member.

Annual presentation

Annual presentations will take place in the club social centre on Friday March 16^th at 9.30PM. All welcome.

Seniors

Training Tuesdays & Fridays 8PM sharp.

U16’s/U18’s

Training Friday and Tuesday 6.30 – 7.30. All players must have gum shields to train. Please be in dressing rooms by 6.15.

Junior A Blackhill v Killanny (Away) Sunday March 31st 2pm.

Charity Fundraiser

The Connolly family would like to thank everybody who generously supported the pancake Tuesday fundraiser in memory of the late Fiona & Martin Connolly in Blackhill social centre. A total of €5000 was raised for Castleblayney Cancer Care & Carrickmacross “So Sad” respectively.

Sympathy

Sympathy to Sheila Comiskey Kinnagin on the recent death of her nephew Patrick Green and to the Spinks family Ballybay, following the recent passing of Philomena Spinks. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a-nAnamachta dhílis.
