Aghabog Club Notes:
Scor Ulster Semi Final:
Hard luck to our Novelty Act who were runners up in the Ulster Semi Final which took place in Threemilehouse last Saturday night. Aghabog put in an excellent performance on the night and were unlucky not to progress. Thanks to our Cultural Officer, Pat Conway, and all participants for the effort they have put in over the last number of weeks.
Results:
RFL Div 3: Aghabog 2-15 Killanny 3-06
Well done our reserve team who put in a very hardworking performance last Sunday morning to get our season off to a winning start. Aghabog had a very youthful team out on the day with Tomas Smyth, Shane Kierans, Micheal Smyth and Seamus McMenamin all making their senior debuts. Luckily there was also a few seasoned campaigners at the back who made sure the young boys stayed on their toes.
