Ballybay booked their place in the Gormley uPVC Senior Football Championship semi-finals with a hard-earned win over Currin on Sunday, while Scotstown cruised past Carrickmacross to move within one win of joining them in the last four. Match reports to follow on www.monaghangaa.ie.

Cremartin defeated Inniskeen on Sunday to complete the semi-final line-up in the McGuigan Builders Intermediate Football Championship (report to follow). They will play Doohamlet next, while Tyholland will take on Donaghmoyne.

Eurotech

Clones beat Emyvale on Sunday to join the north-Monaghan men at the top of the Eurotech Junior Football League, while Killanny edged out Drumhowan to firm their grip on fourth place. Keeping up the chase for the semi-finals are Blackhill, who defeated Killeevan, and Aghabog and Oram, who played out a draw.
